we just want to ask y cant we cast our vote for the Biliran candidate, hope next time makavote na kami kasi we really would like to vote for her many of our classmates in cebu are asking why our votes are being rejected, sana di lang isa ang maka vote in one day kasi it seems to be unjust for those who would be having friends in the net tapos they will ust be deprived to vote...
